Adding a domain to account

After adding the site to your account, you can configure the domains associated with the site (e.g. www.yoursite.com, static.yoursite.com, uat.yoursite.com). After setting up the domain, you can configure different features like caching, rewrite, redirections etc. on that domain.

Note: if you do not have any subdomain, and only the root/apex domain is in use, please ignore first 2 steps.
For demo purpose, we will be using www.nviztest.com domain as an example.

Prerequisite

  1. You must have an account on Nitrogen
  2. You must have access to the Domain hosting portal (e.g. GoDaddy), to prove your ownership over the domain being added.

Steps

  1. Click on Domains menu. Where, you will see your domains listed if any.
    Step

  2. Click on Add Domain button at top right corner. You will see a screen to provide the domain name.
